For Windows XP SP2 and Windows Server 2003

Go to this link:

Scroll down to the 'RESOLUTION' section

and select:

 'Download the Update for Windows XP package now.' If your computer is using Windows XP

 ‘Download the Update for Windows Server 2003 package now.’ If your computer is using Windows Server 2003

 Download the file to your computer, and then Install it.

For Windows XP SP1

Windows XP SP1 is no longer supported.

Must use windows update and update windows to SP2, install all required updates

Windows 2000, Windows NT, Windows 98 or lower

Go to this link:

the tzedit.exe utility is what you will need to use.

 Download the file to your computer where you can find it.

Create a new folder on your desktop of your computer.

Double click on the file you just downloaded. (tzedit.exe)

It will ask you to unzip/extract the files to a folder.

Unzip/extract the files to the new folder on your desktop.

Open the new folder on your desktop.

Double click on TZEDIT.EXE

Highlight your timezone and select the ‘Edit’ button.

Change the Start and End Day from each drop down menu.

Change the Start and End Month from each drop down menu.

Make sure the ‘Automatically set Daylight Saving time’ checkbox is checked.

Select OK. And Select ok again.
